Duane Nickull is a co-founder of XML Global Technologies, Inc. and shares responsibility for the company's overall technology direction. He is a co-inventor of the first context-sensitive XML Search Engine, GoXML, and the first web-based XML E-Commerce ASP. Duane is also the Technical Director for XSLT.com and participates in a number of standards bodies including UDDI and OAG.
Jean-Jacques Dubray is Chief Architect at Eigner, Corp. He has contributed to the work of several standard organizations: ebXML BPSS, BPML and the Open Applications Group. As President of Electronic Commerce Connection, Inc., Betty Harvey has participated with many Government and commercial enterprises in planning and executing their migration to structured information. Over the past seven years she has developed many SGML and XML solutions for a wide-range of clients and is the founder and coordinator of the current Washington, DC Area SGML/XML Users Group.
Marcel Noordzij is a management consultant who currently works for Software AG. For the last couple of years, Marcel has been focussing on the application of XML in almost every XML application scenario you can think of. He, and his team at Software AG, support their customers throughout their projects with both expertise and advise, as with hands-on tooling and coding.
Jan Vegt works as an XML consultant for a leading XML vendor. Analysis and problem-solving are his favourite activities and there are several application areas he uses as an outlet for this interest. He prefers to be found at the interface of customer problems and software solutions.
Tim McGrath is recognised as a leader in the introduction of Internet technologies to the e-commerce marketplace in Australia. He brings to the field a strong foundation in data analysis and information system design. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Information Processing systems.
Vivek Chopra has seven years' experience in software design and development, the last two years of which have been in Web Services and various XML technologies. He works for Insight Solutions Inc., Cupertino as a senior consultant to HP. He is also the technical lead at HP for the UDDI V2 version of UDDI4J - an open source Java API for UDDI.
