Bon Jovi is an American rock band from Sayreville, New Jersey. Formed in 1983, Bon Jovi consists of lead singer and namesake Jon Bon Jovi, guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres, former bassist Alec John Such, as well as current bassist Hugh McDonald. On December 12, 2009, Bon Jovi were ranked #9 on Billboard's top 25 touring artists of the decade. Touring begins again for the band on February 19, 2010, when they embark on 'The Circle' tour, their largest tour since the late 1980s. The tour will consist of 135 shows in 30 countries.
