1.0 out of 5 stars Professor Teaches How To Create Web Pages, September 26, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Professor Teaches How to Create Web Pages 2.0 (Old Version) (CD-ROM)
Don't waste your money!!! After downloading this program onto my computer I was unable to open it. I contacted tech support who had me remove the program from my computer and go through various clean up procedures on my computer before redownloading it with no improvement. Second call I was requested to do a similar procedure, again, no luck. (I have had no problems with any other software, ever!). I placed 3 requests for help via their e-mail tech support, only received one reply for more information, which I supplied, never got an answer. Finally via telephone tech support admitted that this was a common problem and that they were working on a patch, just give them a few days. Well, after checking by phone several times as well as checking their web site, it has been over one month and still no patch!!! I was told by Individual Software that this software was not returnable but that I could exchange it for other software. Problem is, I don't need any other software, and certainly wouldn't want any from this company! One other thing, tech support works banker's hours so don't bother calling evenings, nights or weekends! The only thing this software is good for is as a set of ugly coasters!

I purchased "Professor Teaches How To Create Web Pages" and loaded the CD's onto my harddrive and it worked great. The courses are informative and have good graphics. The full course of 10 Tutorials takes weeks to get through. Plenty of good information to help anyone get a good start at making web pages. Highly recommended!
