For a very minimal amount of money, this visual CD course provides thorough instruction to all three of these basic and essential office tools. It's not terribly exciting going through the lessons, but they are very thorough and well designed. I haven't encountered any real problems or glitches, and they definitely provide me with the instruction I have needed. They demand a fairly serious investment of time -- each tool has about eight different lessons, and each lesson is an hour to an hour and a half. You can't do all of them at once because they offer too much to absorb if you're really not familiar with the programs. So you have to spread it out. But definitely worth it. I highly recommend, for the price and quality.

It would be more helpful if the program had exercises to perfom some of the tasks instead of just asking questions.

I'm an advance user because I was an IT pro for 20 years and I love these professor Teaches because you will all ways find so much useful information you didn't think even existed. Easy to understand and covers what you would normally use. I found it very interesting. I have used many of Professor Teaches and no matter how much I think I knew I always find a lot of information I can use or didn't even know I could do.

This is a very good product and it's exactly what I wanted. Its so easy to learn with all the programs even if you have never had any Microsoft Office experience. Very good and I would recommend this to everyone.

Product is easy to use. The lessons focus on key issues and the tests reinforce the information. This product is helpful to anybody unfamiliar with the changes made in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint between 2003 and 2007.

This item is very helpful to me. Only thing is that there is no comprehensive test at the end of program.

This item was a fabulous bargain. My intention was to learn Word, Excel and Quick Books. Contacted many schools and internet sites to find out how I could just learn these courses without going to school full time. Anyway, I came across this Professor Teaches CD on Amazon, purchased it, downloaded it and voile', I'm going to school. I can learn this on my own and add it to my resume in the future. I haven't begun to use these yet, (I purchased Quick Books from another vendor) but they downloaded very easily and I can't wait to start. The best part? You don't have to purchase the expensive Microsoft Word, Excel or Quick Books software to use it!! YAY!! Thanks again for the bargain.

The only thing wrong with this product is that you can't work on what your learning at the same time.

I was having a time with excell, Am retired and never used computers growing up this was a real help for me, would recommend it to anyone just starting to use computers
