Very cheaply made,
This review is from: Profile Design RM System 1 with CO2 Mount (Black) (Sports)
I purchased this for my time trial bike and found it to be very poorly made. There is an Allen head screw that adjusts the angle of the cages. The gear teeth that are supposed to mesh together are Aluminum construction and strip very easily. When that happens, your water bottles hang low and vibrate around during the ride. Another friend that I ride with had the same problem that I did.

Poorly made product. Gear teeth doesn't grip properly. I took it out of the box brand new and went on a ride very first time and realized that I lost both of my water bottles just within half an hour of ride as the gear teeth swivles no matter how hard you tighten them at allen screw.

One positive: They are easy to install and lightweight, but the bottle holders are made too low. Lost bottles several times going over rough road and railroad tracks. Find another one with a better bottle holder..

This water bottle cage worked well for about 9 months of triathlon training. I never had a problem with water bottles rattling out, but know others with the same cage who lost bottles regularly. Unfortunately, while participating in a century ride less than a month after my 140.6 event, I hit a moderately bumpy stretch of road which culminated in one half of the cage breaking off. Since I purchased this from REI I received a replacement....but I won't be using it during my races, that is for sure. Long story short, product is of poor quality and not terribly reliable...but will fill the need for a fairly low price.

My spousal unit has used it for quite a while with no problems. I'm about to order one for my TT bike.
