5.0 out of 5 stars Review appearing in the Journal of Comparative Economics, May 17, 1996
By A Customer
This review is from: Profit Sharing: Does It Make a Difference? : The Productivity and Stability Effects of Employee Profit-Sharing Plans : 1993 (Paperback)
"Kruse has pushed the limits of what can be answered on three classical questions concerning profit sharing with data from a wide spectrum of firms. Indeed, the book in manuscript form was already heavily cited by experts in the field as the point of departure for any new research. This book should be on the bookshelf of anyone studying profit sharing. It is a well-written, inexpensive (book) that is already a classic. What more could a potential book buyer want?"
