I sent these to my mom for a gift and she loved them! She said they were fresh and beautiful. I will definatly be ordering from here again!

I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday and when she received them they were warm and wilted. I was reimbursed for the full amount of my order and a replacement was sent to my mothers house. I was content with the manner that amazon handled that situation, and I was surprised they sent a replacement. Although I would rather had them sent perfect the first time, overall I was pleased with the order.

When I placed the original order it was not delivered. Then a replacement one was sent and when my wife received them they were limp and would not stand up in the vase. These flowers were suppose to be a surprise delivered on the day we found out what sex our baby is. I am very disappointed in this service. I have bought a lot of things off of Amazon.com and never had any issues, in fact I have been thrilled with everything excepy this flower service.

They arrived dead and skimpy looking. Needless to say, my lady friend was unimpressed. Go to a real florist, don't take a chance on these guys

Although I did not see them, as Mom lives in another state, she called to tell me she received "the most beautiful bouquet of tulips she'd ever seen."

I sent them to my cousin and she could not get over how beautiful they were. People from thoughout the hospital came to admire them. I highly recommend these flowers.

I ordered these last year for mother's day. They were a HUGE hit! Beautiful bright tulips that lasted for days. So when birthday time came, I ordered another arrangement from this company. Once again the flowers were wonderful. I now order all my flowers from Pro-flowers.

They came quickly but that did not help the poor half dead things. They died in 2 days and never looked healthy. They came warm and wilted and smelled of rot. I'll not order from this serves provider again.

I sent these to my mother for Mother's Day. She loved them. Beautiful colors and they arrived when they said they would with no broken stems or any damage what so ever. I would recomend these highly.

I was given the option to select a delivery date and I did. These arrived early ruining a surprise. What was the point of scheduling the delivery then?

Never happened when ordering from 1-800-flowers. Won't order flowers again from ProFlowers.
