The flowers were shipped in a Fedex box. They were not thirsty as said in ProFlowers Care Instructions ... but they were EXTREMELY thirsty. I ordered 30 tulips and got 29. I expected five different colors of tulips as shown in ProFlowers Website's photo but there were only yellow, violet and orange. I hoped they would be the size of the ones I bought at Lucky, but they were the BABY tulips about 1/2 to 3/4 the size of Lucky tulips. My wife was disappointed. I felt ashamed.

Product arrived just before blossoming...came with 2 packages of flower food. When bloom occurred it looked just like the picture. just a note: read carefully the vase is not included. and costs extra. Only complaint is that there was no ability to leave a note on the gift card so distinguishing who it is from maybe be difficult. Expanded gift options are something to consider.

Really disappointed about this! Sent the Deluxe edition of this to my GF while she was at work on Valentines Day (14FEB12). They came in the right vase and on time, but none of them had bloomed! The picture looks attractive and nothing like what she received, which was a nice red vase with nothing but green for color! Talk about a let down! (see submitted pic) There was no warning that they would be delivered and take an additional 3 days to bloom........ seriously!! Not a good impression at all. I will call local next time I am out of town and I want to send flowers.

I ordered Deluxe Hugs and Kisses, should have gotten Tulips and Irises, which are my two favorite flowers instead I got 2 dozen roses. That being said the roses were in great shape, very pretty, just not the tulips and irises I wanted.

*update* After contacting ProFlowers they sent me the correct flowers free of charge within 2 days. They arrived in bud form and are simply stunning. I will order from Proflowers again and would recommend them to anyone. Both set of flowers I got arrived in great shape and with very pretty vases. The customer support were very friendly and helpful.

These are always a joy to receive, but anyone ordering for a specific occasion might want to order 2-3 days early so there's time for them to bloom. I've received them numerous times and they are my favourites. :)

I've ordered from Proflower before with good results. This order arrived with 16 yellow tulips and 16 blue irises in a clear vase, nothing like the written description or photo. To Proflower's credit, they did promptly refund my purchase price for the mistake.

ProFlowers offered to send a replacement bouquet to make amends for a mistake on my first order. I took them up on their offer and they came through with flying colors. I will give them my business again.
