For this product, they don't have a picture of the actual product itself, only of the box. So you're pretty much basing your purchase on the picture - such as it is - that is on the box, correct? Now if you look closely at that picture, it looks identical in every way to the "FootSmart Bunion Regulator Night Splint" (FootSmart Bunion Regulator Night Splint). Go ahead, have a look, see what I mean. When the product arrived, the box looks exactly like what is pictured on Amazon. The product that is IN the box is not like the Foot Smart version. It looks a heck of a lot more like the "Pedifix Nighttime Bunion Regulator" (Pedifix Bunion Regulator Relieves and Soothes Painful Bunions, Right - Medium). The strap that goes across the bunion area is NOT adjustable (as it is in the picture on the box). The toe cradle does not have the hole in it for breathability (as it does in the picture on the box). It is made of a hard, inflexible plastic and the "foot" shape looks like it's designed for a MUCH thicker foot than mine (guess that's the problem with one size fits all). Overall, disappointing. What is IN the box is not the same as what's pictured ON the box. That is a WTF? if I've ever seen one! If you're looking for something with more adjustability, steer clear of this and go with the Foot Smart version. On the plus side, you do get 2 pairs - 4 braces total - for the price, so if you're okay with the Pedifix version, this is quite a deal. But that wasn't what I wanted so I'll be sending this back.

When I purchased these, I knew they were for night time use only and couldn't walk around in them, BUT...I did not expect the hard plastic on both sides. No trips to the bathroom in these. I returned them.

I have been getting good results from this item. My big toe is getting straighter, but I don't find it very comfortable to wear under the covers in bed because the sheet catches on it. Even with that, I am happy with the product, I just wear it when I am reading or watching television in the evening, and it seems to be working.
