Natural progesterone USP from wild yam. Natural RadianceTM is a non comedogenic cold processed crème that is FREE of isopropyl palmitates, glycerol stearate, octyl palmitate, stearic acid, DEA, triethanolarmine (TEA), dimethicone, cyclomethicone, PEG, alcohols, emulsifying wax, dyes, colors or mineral oil. The Lanol (vegetable ester) is blended with Aloe Vera and a dermal delivery system. Lanol is one of the finest cosmetic moisturizers and reputed to maintain youthful appearance; Aloe Vera is world renowned for its capabilities to hydrate the skin. Herbal Complex: Chaste Tree Berry, Squaw Vine, Red Raspberry Leaf, Mugwort Leaf Dandelion Root & Leaf, Usnea Lichen Prickly Ash Bark and Vitamins C & E.
Directions
Suggested Applications: 1 teaspoon of crème provides 30 mg of micronized natural progesterone USP. This application size eliminates the concerns of buildup and the need to rotate body parts. For best results, apply to skin with the least amount of hair. Choose skin areas that are relatively thin and well supplied with capillary blood flow, such as upper chest, neck, inner arms and inner thigh areas. Peri-MENOPAUSE: Apply daily 1 teaspoon crème for 14 days beginning on the 12th day after the period starts. Repeat monthly. Use additional crème and more days if needed. Women who are menstruating should take at least 5 to 7 days off each month to allow period to begin. POST-MENOPAUSE: Apply daily 1 teaspoon for 21 consecutive days in the month. Repeat monthly. Use additional crème and more days if needed. MIGRAINE: Apply 1 to 2 teaspoon every 3 to 4 hours until symptoms subside. MEN: Apply daily a little less than ¼ of a teaspoon to provide 7.5 mg of progesterone. Note: Women who have not been using a natural progesterone crème are likely to have low progesterone levels in the body fat. Natural progesterone is fat soluble and may mostly be absorbed by the body fat for the first couple of months. To compensate for this, during the first two months of using natural progesterone crème, double the daily application.

This product is amazing! I highly recommend it to any woman suffering through perimenopause, menopause (natural or surgical); or suffering with migraines. It can be a bit overwhelming at first if your doctor recommends a high dose (it's a lot of lotion to rub in), but the relief is incredible! Plus your skin and hair will improve in just a few weeks of starting this treatment. I do recommend that you see your doctor for proper dosing, but this product far exceeds the quality of even pharmacy-made creams.

I have used this product for a little over a month and I love it. I have tried 2 other higher priced progesterone creams and, for the price, this cream is definately worth the money. I am dealing with menopause and this cream has stopped the hot flashes, the mood swings, and has helped with the memory loss. This cream does not leave your skin feeling greasy, it absorbes completely and has no lasting oder.
