Review for the PLACE
I am so glad I had this review. As you can see they don't give you much to go on to study for the PLACE. If you read each of the History sections and skim the humanities section, and brush on your algebra or study whatever you struggle with - this book covers all the basics and if I hadn't studied from this book (as well as a few other sources based on the PLACE study...

Worth the money!
I bought the two as a pair and together the books have been helpful. But if you are looking to take a place for just your Licensure then you will need to look for other study sources. The books are geared more for the general place test.

I am so glad I had this review. As you can see they don't give you much to go on to study for the PLACE. If you read each of the History sections and skim the humanities section, and brush on your algebra or study whatever you struggle with - this book covers all the basics and if I hadn't studied from this book (as well as a few other sources based on the PLACE study guide) I would have done 1/2 as well.

Don't waste your money. Toilet paper is a lot cheaper than this book (which is about all it can be used for).
