I was excited about getting a new one, my old one I had for 2 years (I purchased from a Teacher's Store). The new one lasted 1 month! Of course I thought it was the battery and invested in an expensive one ($7). When I put it in & it didn't work, I was very upset! I tried repeatedly to get it to work & to no avail. I was sceptical in ordering another Name tag because I didn't want to waste more $! Left a bad taste in my mouth!

When I saw this product I thought I was gonna get a not so good system and that was the reason for it been affordable. But boy was I wrong!! This product is solid, made out of good materials and it delivers the message in a mega effective way!! Not only that it looks good, but it works right on. I was a little hesitant when I saw that it was a magnet hold item. But I tell you... It is a strong... Very strong magnet! I jump around a lot in my business (Singer). So I was so proud that at the end of the night, it was still in the same place on my shirt and it never moved an inch and averyone in the club asked me where did I get it and had some thing to say about it!!

I saw this in a restaurant in Missouri. Had to have it. Ordered it on my Ipad2 and arrived in about a week....
Instructions that came with it were not helpful. After writing a comment about the problem I talked to a lady from the company. She sent me a better set of instructions which were easy to follow. Good Gadget. Wonderful support.
