5.0 out of 5 stars Great intro for people who have never done any programming, December 8, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: C++ Programming With Codewarrior : For the Macintosh and Power Macintosh Beginner (Paperback)
When I read the first review of this book, I just had to add something! I really loved this book. I'd never done any programming before and it really got me started. Actually, I LIKED the idea that there weren't any answers to the programming challenges; I had to do them myself!! I though the explanations were really clear and I found the examples easy to follow. So, I guess you could say that I disagree totally with the previous reviewer.

1.0 out of 5 stars Writing a book * teaching., November 12, 1998

Put this in the pile with other poorly written books:programs don't work as advertised:she does'nt even bother to walk you through the challenge excercises(not One!)And there is no answer sheet at the back of the book, neither: Not a single arrow in the whole book:Is this a typo: 5>6=True ?,page 117, plus many more tell me I can't trust the text. Einstein said,"if you can't explain it to a six yr.old, you don;t know it." Thank god for Dan P. Sydow.
