This is a quick and easy to understand book for learning C++. And not too expensive either. It will give you the basic idea about C++. After that you will have to use other books for more advanced tools like templates.

this book is easy enough yet include all the basics. it also serves as a portable reference book for me.
i finish read it in one day (actually within couple of hours) which feels great! then i am able to review what i have read in couple of hours in the next few days! this is what i think a book should be!

Worth the small time to read it!,

I really like the in Easy Steps books and this one I've read at least twice maybe three times...? It's a great easy book to read if you are feeling 'rusty' with C++ or for an absolute noob! Well worth the quick read!
