You have to listen to it a few times to truly appreciate it,
This review is from: Progresivo (Audio CD)
At first I wasn't impressed, but this cd grew on me. I've never really been a big fan of Magnate and Valentino, last I heard they were trying to break into English R&B and then they disappeared, and then i saw they were releasing solo tracks, then this cd showed up and I had to buy it. You have to listen to it to appreciate it, and sometimes he really can't sing in some of the tracks. I gave it a 4 out of 5, but a lot of people will disagree with me, and I know why.

first of all what magnate did was a new sound of having reggeton mix with a some repetivie progressive music. That combination came out to be good he has several good songs that have a good beat that ill be stuck in your head this album is very good just listen to it. Its relaxing and some songs do have reggeton in it..............

Magnate Progresivo is a must have if you are a fan of reggaeton music.!!! All the songs are great and really show some diversity.. Magnate is one of those under rated dudes you dont here a lot about for some reason, but I really think this album will change that... I recommend this cd 100%

Don't Waste Your Money On This Crap!,

All the tracks sound retarded, he sounds like he tryin to sing but can't. It sound more like a pop album than a reggaeton album. They try to incorperate some techno beats in like one of the tracks which sounds kinda weird mix with the reggaeton. I give it to the producers for tryin to update the reggaeton beat. If you are looking for true reggaeton artist, try looking Wisin & Yandel, Master Joe & OG Black, Don Omar, etc.
