You REALLY need this
You may not think you need this, but if you like your asparagus peeled, THIS is the item for you. I love fat asparagus, but they can have tough skins. This makes the job neat and quick. It also cuts the bottoms off -- quick and clean -- like a guillotine! These are going to be great stocking stuffers for all my kitchen techie friends!

does work but not very functional, just learn more about the produce you are buying. Great for a home cook, not to functional in a commercial setting
