Measuring 16 by 19 inches, it collapses down to just 2-1/2 inches high for storing until needed again. It includes a snap-on, reversible drain board angled to help drain water or sit flat to catch water. The utensil area keeps smaller items upright for faster drying. It's also dishwasher safe should you need to clean the dish rack itself.

The Progressive International collapsible dish rack is a large counter top dish rack with a 16 inch by 19 inch snap on drain board. It collapses to save approximately 2/3 more space when storing this dish rack. The reversible drain board is angled to help drain water or sits flat to catch water. A separate utensil area keeps smaller items upright for faster drying. Measures 19 inches by 16 inches and is 2.5 inches high in the collapsed position. Snap on drain board stores with the dish rack when not in use.

Handy in all situations,

I actually bought this to use in our RV but tried it out in our kitchen first. The high sides and the snap on bottom keep water from dripping on the counter. I finally used it to go camping and it worked great. I was able to use the adjacent stove as additional work space and when I was done it snapped together for easy storage(a must in a RV). After we returned home, I brought it back into the kitchen and I am using it there on a permanent basis (until the next camping trip, that is)!

This is everything I was looking for in a dish rack. It collapses down so it will fit in the sink or dishwasher to keep clean. It also has no metal to rust out. It holds a lot too, even though it doesn,t seem that big. I recommend it highly.

I don't have a small kitchen, but I don't have a dish washer, and I don't have much room around the sink for the other dish racks. This one fits just perfectly.
I don't collapse it, it stays up all the time. And it's been really sturdy. If you're curious like I was, the dimensions given are for the top part after it's expanded. But the thing is coned shaped. The base is what I wanted to know, because that's where the tight space is. The base is 11" wide x 15" long with a 1" lip for the drip. I'd give this 5 stars except it sucks for glasses. It really sucks for holding glasses. The thing is made to hold 15 plates at a time in a small apartment. What?! Look at the product image, it's holding 4 plates and a tea cup that's sideways? Who does that? Not me. I have tall glasses that awkwardly fit in this thing. Note to the designers of this thing... Do one half of the unit as it is, but the other half, give me some prongs sticking up to hold the glasses instead of those long ribs used to hold plates. I think I might get adventurous today, pull out the Dremel and do some surgery to make this a useable product. Overall, I've had it for a month or so now, and I'm happy with it. And I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. But because it can't hold glasses, I'm a bit disappointed.
