I love my utensil crock! It helped organize my kitchen, it's a really good size and the color is well represented in the picture. I didn't have any problems with shipping, it arrived in one piece and looks great!

This tool crock is quite large and holds so much (you can see my customer image above). Great quality product for the price, would definitely purchase again if needed.

I ordered this tool crock because of the size and color. When it arrived (very quickly) it was cracked; however, it was replaced within a few days and I am very pleased with both the product and the service I received.

I was getting ready to order this because I just re-did my kitchen to red and black. I noticed the 4 or 5 star ratings all came during 2009 and 2010. When I looked at the 1 or 2 star ratings, they all came from this year(2011) and all said the same thing; that the color was not bright red but instead sort of a "dark salmon". Also that the paint job was sloppy where you could see some of the orginal white bleed through.
I would order this in a heartbeat, but after reading the reviews from this year, I think I'll pass until I see some positive comments from more recent than 1-2 years ago. NOTE* I rated this product a middle of the road "3 stars" because it wouldn't let me submit this comment without a rating.

I bought this for it's vibrant red colour, among other things. Very disappointing. Not a bright red at all, but more like a dark salmon. Not happy.

I bought a stainless steel one from Crate&Barrel and it costs almost twice the money. I like it fine but really wish I had seen this one first! They are about the same size which is really a great size to hold all the utensils I have collected over the years. This one is actually a tad taller which in my opinion only makes a better proportion. And what a pretty color and nice material! Get it if you have any doubt. You really can't find a better deal than this.

Edited: I just read the description again and discovered the crock can be used for wine bottles (to keep the chilled wine cool). I am sure my double-wall stainless steel holder from Crate&Barrel can be used for the same purpose and might even provide a better insulation. Hmm, now I think I might get this for my utensils and save the other one for wine after all! :)

Product was not packaged appropriately and came broken. Material was very thin. I returned it and they took more than half the price back for the return. Not worth ordering.

This is the prettiest, shiniest, bright red thing in my kitchen at this time. I have a few other red things, like a toaster, coffeemaker, salt and pepper shakers, sugar bowl, plates. They all look fabulous and red and wonderful to me. But this outshines the rest just a bit. I gush. It is heavy, which means it will not get knocked over easily. It is just tall enough so that longer things like spatulas don't just lean and fall out. It is roomy enough for lots of tools. A delicious red delight for me. It arrived well packed and in one piece too!

I'm loving my new tool crock. I love the red color, it was just what I was looking for. This crock is much larger than I had thought i'd be and can therefore hold so much more than my old one. My only small gripe is that it comes with a fairly large and stubborn sticker on the front of it. It wouldn't peel off so I had to soak it and then scrub off the residual glue.
