For the price, the Progressive Silicone mats work great. They are really flexible and very easy to clean.

I bought this item for the purpose of keeping my kids' dishes from sliding around on the table, which it does quite well. I also have baked brownies with it twice and am pleased with the job it does in helping cook them evenly and keeping them from sticking to the pan. I would recommend this item for each use.
