      Pocketbooth is no ordinary photo app. This app will transport you back to a 1950s-era vintage Model 11 Photobooth, with a rounded lime-green frame and wood paneling. Pocketbooth replicates the intimacy, spontaneity, and hilarity of a traditional photobooth. Way to go, Daddy-O!

      Get into the booth

      Pocketbooth is as beautiful to look at as it is fun to use. The interface makes taking self-portraits easy with your Android's camera. Press the green button, and get multiple photos in succession. The finished photos replicate the view from inside the booth. And you don't even have to insert any coins.

      Front-Facing Camera Option

      If your phone has a front-facing camera, Pocketbooth can take advantage of this feature, so creating these self-potraits are even easier. The front-facing camera feature is available on the HTC EVO 4G, Samsung Galaxy S Epic 4G, Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant, Samsung Galaxy Tablet, Motorola Atrix, and Motorola Xoom. Please note that the front-facing camera option is not available on all Android devices. If your Android device does not have a front-facing camera, Pocketbooth is still functional with the standard rear-facing camera. Pocketbooth is not compatible with all tablets.

      Photobooth fun

      Once your photos are done, retrieve them at the "slot dispenser" on the next screen. E-mail or MMS the photos, or send them to Facebook or Twitter. There is also a full range of photo options, including Strip Size, Photo Effect, Paper Stock, Border Color, Time Between Shots, and Flash. Pocketbooth takes the humble art of photobooth photography to new heights.

      I am quite impressed with this approach. The experience is nearly what you would get from the real one except you are not in a booth. The recent updates fixed many issues I had on my xoom. I'm really happy now that this works on both cameras. Great job developers.

      This is fun for taking snapshots. The kids really like making funny faces and seeing what expressions PocketBooth catches. The UI is very intuitive. Sharing photostrips extremely easy.

      I only have a 2 mega-pixel camera on my Kindle Fire HD. This app may work better on another tablet , but in the Kindle the photos look like crap.
