This book spends 300 pages dancing around the topic of change management and talking about the authors' proprietary change management system of tools/checklists. The authors go to great length, over and over again, to list all the tools they have available, yet nowhere in the book or on the CD-ROM will you find ANY example of these tools! For that, you need to go to their website and spend thousands more. What a complete waste of time and money sifting through all the fluff in this book trying to find some concrete, practical tips on a subject that sorely needs to be covered well. You won't find anything redeeming about Project Change Management in this book.
