You got love the rich color, the simple and fun approach to present basic, common sense lessons about living a healthier happier life. This is a great book for anyone but specially for our current generation of teens.

This is fabulous book! It is beautifully designed, user friendly and encourages meaningful reflection and self discovery. People of all ages can actively engage with the rich material and various activities in the handbook. The stories and exercises are powerful, thought provoking and very useful. This is a truly practical guide to attaining more awareness as well as cultivating more compassion and happiness within ourselves, with others and in the world.
