I have been scrapbooking for 15 years. I am new to Project Life and am very excited about this type of scrapbooking. I liked the idea of simply being able to slide a ready cut piece of paper into a slot in a page protector. The colors of the Cobalt Core Kit are dull. The colors were much more vibrant on my computer screen than the the colors of the papers that arrived in the mail. I used the core kit to put together a title page and ended up exchanging all of the papers in the kit for papers from my stash. This kit may be good for someone new to scrapbooking. I get that the idea is to simplify, but I could not use the papers provided when I have so many beautiful papers of my own. I also bought the cobalt album-which is fine-and page protectors A and B. The page protectors are FABULOUS! In the future, I will order albums and page protectors, but not core kits. I am still very much looking forward to working on my Project Life album.

Another great Project Life kit from Becky! I love the combination of colors used in this kit, just wish they were a bit more vibrant. I also wish there was a bit more color on most of the journaling cards. They seem to be really "white" to me, but maybe I will like that better when I get the photos in the protectors as well.

I like the stickers in this kit better than those in the Clementine kit. The numbers have a variety of fonts, with some written in word form, (the numbers in Clementine are all the same font) and the arrow stickers come in multiple colors (Clementine has only orange arrows.)

Overall, I am happy with the kit and can see using the HUGE AMOUNT of product for other projects, as well as for my 2012 Project Life album.

I was really impressed with the amount you get in this HUGE box. Obviously, there is a picture there to show you what you are getting, but it is really much larger than it seems. The cards are not heavy weight cardstock, but instead a lighter weight. The colors are very vibrant and I think it will be a lot of fun to work with these. Some of the cards have printing on the back to show you where they would be appropriately placed in your album (just an idea...you can do whatever you like with Project Life!). The cards are a bit larger than I would have expected, but it provides more room for journaling...you will have to purchase the Project Life page protectors as the cards are specially sized. The kit also comes with stickers (color arrows, clear & color MTWTFSS stickers, clear & color number stickers). Overall, a really fantastic value for the price.
