Best project management for all sizes of projects,

Focuses on multiple projects, resource allocation, addressing issues and crises. This is what today's projects are like. The book links issues with tasks so that if a task has an issue behind it, it has risk. By looking at the tasks with issues, you have the tasks with risk. It is a very good and useful approach to deal with issues and risk at the same time. We have used the results in the book for 6 months with great results.
