This is a great book, very well written by (I think) the foremost expert on project management for small business. Sid Kemp also happens to be a superb writer. My experience reading this book (twice) was enjoyable and crystal clear. The writing is personal, and neither dry not 'cutesy.' I found it a pleasure to read and the content invaluable.

Don't let the words "project management" putt you off. It's a great introduction to an enormously practical topic. It is hard for me to imagine anyone who wants to run their business better not benefiting from it.

This book has helped me plan my ideas out much more clearer than I was able to before reading this book. Overall I think it is a really good read ,and ideal for someone who is in the planning stages of creating their own business. It breaks down why planning is important. The real reason why it needs to done ,and how to turn those plans into a reality.
