This was a gift that was opened on Christmas morning and because I had only seen pictures

of it and not the physical set I was uncertain how good it was, but my 12 year old is very happy

with it. She spent hours over the Christmas school break designing and illustrating all kinds of

costumes from runway models, to cool band outfits and red carpet events. We also bought a

Vanity Fair book on fashion and I think between the two items she has been drawn into the world

of fashion which is a new and not so surprising interest for her age group. I would add to this set

the option to buy additional design drawing books, she has drawn so much she will run out of them

very quickly. The set was very age appropriate and I was very happy about that. Thanks for a great product

My eight year old niece absolutely flipped over this kit, so much so that we got her a couple of other Runway kits for the holidays. Nice materials, including pad with sketched in "models" to draw your designs on. Lots of suggestions and examples to get the creative juices flowing.

Sorry to say that when I received this gift for my niece...I was sadly disappointed. After reading the other positive reviews I thought this would be a great gift for a fashion loving girl. I was WRONG. They made this set sound so great...like it came with so much stuff. And they make it appear big. The whole set (tablets and all could easily fit into a 8x6x1 box. The tablets are simply thin cheap paper tablets (The largest one only being about 8x5, get your ruler out and look at that before you decide...it's small and the purse and shoe tablets are only 5x4) and the markers are cheap as well. There are other sets out there I have seen at stores that are way better. REALLY NOT WORTH [...] BUCKS (maybe [...])!!

Product was everything that I expected. It arrived promptly in the mail with no damage. Great gift for a teen interested in designing and fashion!

My 9 year old is very interested in art, design and fashion. This is the perfect toy for her. She just loves creating her collection!

I bought this item for my seven-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. She loves to watch the show with her mom and she is very artistic. So this was perfect for her. She began designing clothes almost as soon as it was opened. This was a great buy!

My daughter aspires to be a fashion designer at the ripe age of 7, so this was a good Christmas gift for her. She's getting clearer ideas of how clothes go together so Grandma can sew them for her.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old. She's really into art in general and absolutely loved this. She's designed a number of outfits.

I thought the design book had a good overview of basic color theory, clothing styles, and patterns. It's a good intro to art and design for a tween.

I gave this to my 12-year-old daughter for Christmas, and she was occupied with it that whole week! She kept showing me her designs. The only problem is that there are no refills for the paper. If there were, I'd definitely buy them.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 10 year-old future fashion designer. She was in heaven, even her 13 year-old cousin had a little fun with it!
