Each project is broken down into requirements (which eventually are tasks). Each requirement is broken down further into items. Items which are added to requirements can be: assumptions, issues, caveats, specifications, proof points, test cases, or even file attachments. Having the ability to upload files and attach them to your project will enable all project team members (regardless of geographical location) to view and download those files.
