My wife bought this as an anniversary gift. Although it is a no name product, it works very well. The picture looks great. I attached my laptop and used the HDMI port. It won't change over to 16:9 with HDMI. The only way that I got 16:9 was the computer putting the movie in letterbox. When I hook it up to a BluRay player, I have no option on the projector for 16:9. It cuts off the sides to maintain 4:3. OnVon, the maker of the projector, gave up trying to help me. They don't see it as a problem. They just stopped answering my emails.

specs are not correct,not even close to 1080 or even 720,
this projector will las a couple of month if your lucky,
try to contact the manufacturer and got not response ,
they use the same projector and put different names and model numbers on them ...
you can get a good quality projector for about $600 such as optoma hd66 or epson powerlite 705 , if you cant afford it just wait and save , dont waste your money

I purchased this projector 10 days ago. For seven of those days it worked fantastic! However, right at the beginning of the eighth day, the projector started over heating.

I am operating the projector in a room around 25 degrees Celsius - 77 degrees Fahrenheit. I was initially extremely happy with the product. I am living in a college dorm and it was great for movies and gaming, but how it's only a good paperweight.

I have tried to contact the company that makes the projector - which was very hard to find, they don't even have their own web site. It's just some company in China that sells products to distributers for cheap. I have not heard back from them and I doubt I will. It comes with a one year warranty, but there's no address on where to send the projector to!

I strongly encourage you to NOT buy this product. If you're going to shell out for any kind of projector, make sure it is one that has a brand and is backed with a solid warranty.

This projector is really nice. Great video quality! I setup a 106 inch screen in my basement and it looks fabulous! Even looks great with the basement lights on! The fan is a little loud if you are sitting within a foot or so of the projector, but other than that, it works great. I've owned mine for about 6 months and I use it about 2-3 hours a day, with no problems. For the price, you can't beat this deal. However, its not as nice as the super expensive Optimas, (at over $1000 ea.) but this gives a great picture, at a very affordable price.

The picture is great, and it runs very quietly. The only issue is that I am unable to hook my cable up to the projector to watch the TV function, but this is most likely my error.

The issues with HDML and 16 x 9 are very true, but that's not biggest issue by any stretch.

I am constantly cleaining this thing out from the inside out, dust get's in here easy as all get up. A few pieces were missing from the projector I ordered. After and extended use a yellow spot appears in the center of the picture. If your handy, have tools and spare time it's not bad for an outdoor projection unit or a backup, as a primary home theater projector it's not anywhere close to cutting it.

We actually upgraded to this new unit and couldn't be happier. It offers a much larger image that is even brighter and more clear! Thanks GrahamGannon we couldn't be happier!
