I bought this thinking it might be as good as taking Jack3d and I was trying to find a preworkout without caffeine. So instead of just taking the recommended dosage of 2 pills 4 times a day which is too hard to remember, I just take 6 right before I work out and it works ok. But it definately not as potent as I wanted it to be. I'll be switching back to Jack3d after I'm done with these pills.
