This is an amazing album by four amazing guys. I recently had the privelege to witness the truly phenomenal live show that they put on and highly recommend it to anyone who has the ability to see and/or hear.
If you even have a solitary doubt in your mind regarding the purchase of this album i can assure you that it can and will rock your face off.
The album sounds incredibly tight and full and somehow manages to maintain the raw brilliance of their music.
I give "Prologue" a massive amount of my praise and recommendation.

There a new group... and there pretty cool.
My favorite song on the album is Goodnight Goodfight. There sound is alternitve. But there lable says their rock. I disagree. I think their alterntive. If your an alternitive fan, then you'll love this cd. I hope to see a show!!!

This is a great debute cd by The Evan Anthem. It really shows that they have talent. The reason I like Prologue is because they remind me of a modern pop punk type of band, and they don't sound like most bands do. The only thing I don't like about this cd is that the songs seem to sound like they run together. Maybe that is what they were going for but I souldn't tell what all the songs were my first couple of listens. After I started to listen to this cd more frequently I could tell teh songs apart and I could pick out certian things that made each song different and more unique from one another. This is deffinitly a cd that you are gonna want to buy.

these guys have such an incredible sound and though the album is delicious, it doesn't give justice to their live performances. the music will suck you in. i've been a fan of these guys for about four years now, simply because they are from my hometown. the album has a very alternative feel to it. the band has a natural talent for putting together some truly awesome songs combining profound musical grace with raw power and emotion. two thumbs up. way to go guys. we knew you could make it.

I first saw these guys at a Relient K concert. They put on a great live show, which gave me the incentive to go buy their cd. Now truthfully, their live show sounded better then the cd. But that doesnt mean their cd is bad. On the contrary, I find it quite enjoyable. I you were to ask what I find enjoyable about it though, I doubt I'd be able to come up with a good answer. Maybe its the lead singer's voice... maybe its the instuments.... I dont honestly know. The singing is a little... different, and it will probably dissuade some people, though I found I didnt mind it too much. Now would I reccommend this cd to everyone? Probably not to everyone. But if are looking for something a little different, here they are. I have really loved this cd, and am excited for the next one they are releasing. I met these boys when they came through my town and they are the most gorgeous, wonderful guys I've ever met. Their CD is so awesome and everyone should buy it.
