I purchased a Promate Regulator and once I received it had a question about some controls for the airflow. I wrote Get Wet Store and received no answer about an owner manual. This product is new, so an owners manual is expected. The product was what I expected, but since I got no return email, I will never order from this company again. My advise to anyone, is to steer clear of any products from the Get Wet Store. It appears if you have questions or a problem, you are out of luck.

Once again. STEER CLEAR!
