I have used Promensil since February 2007. I am a Chiropractor and have recommended this product to many patients. When I began taking it I had hot flashes day and night, night sweats, emotional symptoms, memory symptoms, woke up in middle night and could not go back to sleep....Within 20 days, All, I mean ALL of my symptoms were gone. I have continued to take one a day since and feel great with no symptoms of menopause. I highly recommend This Product!

symtoms. I've tried all the other products and none
of them provided any help, and they all contain black
cohosh, which causes (at least for me) stomach cramps

I'm delighted to find Promensil at Amazon. I've used it with success for years, but now my local stores no longer carry it. So I tried another product but that one caused sleep problems for me. And yes, Promensil does work! Thank you, Amazon, for carrying this wonderful effective natural product.

I've been taking this product for more than 4 years now (I'm almost 51). It completely helped me through perimenopause into menopause. It eliminated ALL night sweats and I had barely noticeable hot flashes. I've always performed aerobic (fast walking and elliptical) and strength flexibility exercises, but I'm no super-athlete; and my diet is less than ideal, so the elimination of these menopausal symptoms and signs has to be because of the addition of this product. My moods are more even and I sleep like a rock now. I plan to take this product to my grave - I think it also helps my skin and hair. I can't recommend it enough and I'm a very harsh critic.
You do have to take it for at least 4-6 weeks to notice an effect, so don't give it up, be patient. Stop suffering and take some control back. Try this product.

I have been using Promensil for years now. Within a few weeks, my menopausal symptoms abated considerably and Promensil continued to give relief throughout menopause. I've also continued using this product for the general benefits now that I'm in my sixties and am postmenopausal. Whether it is directly related to taking Promensil or not, I don't know, but I also went from testing as having mild osteoporosis to now being within the normal range.

I've been using ProMensil for a number of year and it has greatly reduced my problems with peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms (hot flashes, sleeplessness, etc.). It is all-natural, so I feel much better about taking something like this than I would subjecting my body to artificial hormones (which is what a doctor would write a prescription for). From the time you start taking this product, it may take a week or two before you notice any changes, but then you "feel like yourself" again and it's wonderful!

I am so happy to report that after months of annoying hot flashes, that after using this product, they have almost completely gone away. This product really works. So hang in there and give it the 4 to 6 weeks that it recommends and enjoy your life again.

I was on an estrogen patch for eight years, and was always worried about the side effects, so I decided to try Promensil. So far it has worked pretty well for me. The only con would be that it does not really help vaginal dryness. It is also cheaper than the patch even with insurance coverage.
