The description for this product used to say that the cake topper was 9" tall - I'm glad they fixed that. The cake topper is just over 6" tall, perfectly proportioned to our small three-tiered wedding cake. I absolutely fell in love with the cake topper's simplicity and beauty; I've uploaded a photo. Our fall-themed cake was a great match with the rustic design of this cake topper, so it worked out very well for us. My hubby and I are very pleased!

My Willow Tree cake topper just arrived in the mail today and I couldn't be happier with it! It's the first item I've purchased for my wedding!! It's the perfect size and pretty light weight. I think the base distributes the weight nicely so it won't be sinking into the cake. The base itself is beautiful with flowers surrounding the couple, with a few smaller flowers scattered around the couple's feet. I'm looking foward to using it on my wedding cake and even more excited to put in on display forever, after the wedding!! It's absolutely perfect!

If you are a fan of Willow Tree products then you will love this cake topper. At first before i purchased i was worried about the weight being on the top layer of the cake. I was surprised how light it really was.

This item was perfect for a small, intimate wedding. The embrace is simple and sweet. It is a wonderful keepsake for our son and his bride.

This is gorgeous, the details are perfect, and every time I walk passed it I have to stop and look at it. The topper isn't exactly the theme of my wedding, but it is just so adorable and perfect that it fits in. It is also so elegant that even after the wedding we will have it displayed on the book shelf, so I am definately getting my money's worth. It shipped pretty fast. Perfect purchase

I love this topper. I just had an interracial wedding and it is perfect if you don't really want to make a statement that yes, the newlyweds come from two different races. The simplicity of willow tree has always appealed to me as it speaks volumes. The topper is very light weight. I was concerned that it might sink since my cake was covered in butter cream frosting which is softer that the stuff normally used but it worked out just great. Added bonus is you can display this around the house after the wedding and not feel like it is too cheesy!!

Exactly what I wanted. I've uploaded my wedding cake picture above. Does not weigh 1.1bs -- that may be the shipping weight. The actual weight on a scale was more like 8 1/2 oz, which did not need any extra cake supports. Also, it's only 6 1/2 inches tall, so significantly smaller than the original Promise figurine. If you're a sucker for Willow Tree (and unfortunately I am) you ARE going to want this on your cake.

I bought this for my daughter's upcoming wedding and we BOTH love it! She loves the Willow Tree figurines, and wanted a special one and was thrilled to find this cake topper for her cake. It came in perfect condition and I am sure will be treasured for many years to come.

This topper looked beautiful on my wedding day. It is very durable and now is a wonderful keepsake that sits on my bookshelf with some wedding photos. I like the simplicity and how classic it looks.
