Over the past 25 years Robin has written 70 books with over 4 million copies sold.

She started writing for teens when the girls in her church youth group challenged her to write stories for them. It took 2 years and 10 rejections before the first Christy Miller novel was published in 1988. Since then the tales of these Forever Friends have continued. The Christy Miller series was followed by the Sierra Jensen series, Christy and Todd the College Years and the Katie Weldon series.

As Robin's readers grew older they asked for more stories about characters their age. The 8 book Glenbrooke series was launched followed by the Sisterchicks(R) series and a variety of standalone destination novels including "Under a Maui Moon" and "Canary Island Song".

Wonderful series! May 10, 2000

The Christy Miller Series is the best ever! I have read all 12 books, and I've read all 12 books of the sequel series-Sierra Jenson series! There is also another one coming out in June called Christy and Todd: The College Years! Robin Jones Gunn is a fantastic writer! I encourage everyone to buy these books, especially teenagers! They help you with real life situations and let you know that God is always there for you! Thanks!

People you've gotta read the Christy Miller Series. These books are amazing! I love how I can totally relate to Christy's life, her thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Sometimes I get bored with reading, but I gotta say, its hard for me to put these books down. The way Todd and Tracy lead Christy to God is sooo sweet! And what's even better is that Todd's so cute! :) These books are funny, interesting, romantic, and very realistic. Even if you aren't a Christian, gosh you've gotta read these! WOW I'd love to actually live these books and be Christy and have a guy like Todd. And I'm sure when you order these books and read them you'll feel the same.

I'm now 20 years old, but I was first introduced to the Christy Miller series when I was in junior highschool. I went to a Christian school, so I understood the books right off the bat. The Christy books are great...and I plan to buy them for my future daughter to read. The Sierra Jenson series is also good, but I don't feel it has the same flow...I don't relate to Sierra as well as I do to Christy. I have also gotten into the Glenbrooke series, also by Robin Jones Gunn. Did you know that all three of these series tie together? RJG is an amazing author...she's witty and brings alive the struggles we as women have, from our teen years to our young adult years. RJG has variety of characters, all different...and there is always one that you can relate to. Read these books -- from every series --I still read them (even the Christy ones!), over and over...and my husband has no problem teasing me every time I pick the same book up again!
