Book review
The books I purchased. Faith in Service and the promised Land Series:Place of Refuge were both in very good shape and I am glad I purchased them.

Eh...
Maybe it's hard to keep a good book series going forever. I loved the first two of "The Promised Land", but for various reasons this installment just did not quite satisfy. I think a huge part of that was the focus. Brother Woolley, you get us addicted to a fictional family. If we wanted to read about Nephi and the rest of his crew, we would do our spiritual...

Maybe it's hard to keep a good book series going forever. I loved the first two of "The Promised Land", but for various reasons this installment just did not quite satisfy. I think a huge part of that was the focus.
Brother Woolley, you get us addicted to a fictional family. If we wanted to read about Nephi and the rest of his crew, we would do our spiritual duty and pick up the Book of Mormon. Unfortunately, you did little to make them interesting (possibly out of fear of upsetting the powers that be?" Great chase scenes and as always great writing, but not quite up to par with the rest of the books.
