The product is reasonable
No customer service
No answers to both telephone as well as email listed in the supplier website
I have been trying to get new LCD and no luck
If you leave in the US you are out of luck if you need service and or repair
I ended up buying a replacement LCD from a friend in china and I yet to find if this is a good fit
do NOT BUY!!!!

Viliv is complete trash, from the product to service and support. I had a horrible experience w/ Viliv. As a product, it's barely functional, glitches everywhere and the touchscreen is ridiculously bad. Called their support # and could never reach anyone - most of their support is handled by email (and most of their "staff" appear to have a lack of command of the english language). The one time I did receive a call, the CSR was useless. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

What a great little device. Windows 7 runs great on it. The wifi and the 3G are wonderful. It's a great little pc substitute for when I travel to presentations or need to have remote access to other systems. The built in camera is rather odd, points in an awkward direction and I never have go the video recorder to work, but that function is more for entertainment than anything else. Love using it with Skype.
