Book Description

December 3, 2008
On May 25, 1961, President John F. Kennedy announced before a special joint session of Congress the dramatic and ambitious goal of landing a man on the Moon and returning him safely to Earth before the end of the decade. That fantastic goal came about, but something unexpected also took place, something definitive, and even more fantastic than traveling to the Moon and back—the monitoring of the Apollo Program by Extraterrestrial Intelligence.

5.0 out of 5 stars Proof of Extraterrestrial Intelligence Book Review, January 30, 2009
This review is from: Proof of Extraterrestrial Intelligence: The Cape Canaveral Apollo Program Chronicles (Paperback)
Proof of Extraterrestrial Intelligence Book Review

In this concise book, Proof of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, Jim Oglesby illuminates little known information about the extraterrestrial observation of the Apollo Space Program in 1967 and l968. As a young man staying in a remote area near Cape Canaveral Jim observed amber lights and structured craft which were also watched by helicopters and Delta Dart jets. Other sightings followed, including a glowing red cigar-shaped craft, a brilliant craft with sparkly light around its rim, and mysterious blue globes that Jim and a friend saw entering through the walls of their mobile home. Along with friends and relatives Jim observed incredible phenomena which were at times accompanied by Air Force craft, and finally Jim and his friend Larry saw at close range a landed craft rendezvousing with a dark sedan of Government, Military or NASA origin. The account contains associated phenomena such as missing and Men in Black cattle in the area. Jim's theory for the events and sightings ties them together in a very credible fashion. This book is recommended for all who seek the meaning behind UFO sightings.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Read!, January 27, 2009
This review is from: Proof of Extraterrestrial Intelligence: The Cape Canaveral Apollo Program Chronicles (Paperback)
I just finished this book and it was great! What a fascinating experience! I felt like I was right there, seeing and feeling everything experienced by the author. I've always believed that we on Earth are not the only ones in the Universe, and thus I've really enjoyed reading this book. I look forward to the next one...

5.0 out of 5 stars The proof is in the pages, February 4, 2010
This review is from: Proof of Extraterrestrial Intelligence: The Cape Canaveral Apollo Program Chronicles (Paperback)
Life as we know it takes place right before our eye's everyday. Yet, it is impossible to gaze upon all of life's wonders in a single lifetime. We are fortunate enough to experience life differently than everyone else, so that we may share our stories and encounters with those around us. If seeing is believing, Jim Oglesby's, Proof of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, may not be the read for you. What lies within the pages of this book are the true accounts of one man's encounters which differ from yours and my own. The author does us all a favor as he eliminates the idiom of, seeing is believing, and presents to us his own encounters with extraterrestrial intelligence. Yes, folks, we're talking aliens here.
This book is a must read for those who desire to explore the world beyond which we live. Proof of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, is a lifelong collection of the multiple encounters the author has had with life not connected to our own. It is clear that Mr. Oglesby has dedicated a great portion of his life to the discovery of extraterrestrial intelligence, as he spent many sleepless nights in the fields of Florida in hopes of a sighting, in hopes of proof. By keeping a journal, the author was able to keep track of his sightings from the late sixties, and has molded them into one captivating story. It seems to be no coincidence that the sightings with which he presents us with all took place within fifty miles of the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and Patrick Air Force Base. These two sanctions have been called; America's gateway to space, and Mr. Oglesby has caught a glimpse of their world.
`Sky hawking,' as the author calls it, has opened his eyes to a mesmerizing phenomenon. Now, we can all share his extraterrestrial sightings through Proof of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, which delves into the unknown. To learn and understand the discoveries presented in this book is quite the stimulating experience. One may believe that the ideas this book presents are outlandish, but with the help of the author one will find their mind questioning the extraterrestrial world without hesitation.
