More About the Author

Dr. Nancy Snow (Ph.D., International Relations) is a public diplomacy and propaganda studies expert who specializes in America's image and reputation in the world. She was born in Augusta, Georgia, hometown of James "I Feel Good" Brown. She was raised in a male-dominated household of four older brothers as the youngest and only daughter of Victor and Suzanne Snow. This explains her strong attachment to sports, food, and roughhousing.

Snow is an Abe Fellow and Visiting Professor at Keio University in Tokyo, Japan, where she is completing research for a book on Japan's nation brand image since 3/11. She is Professor of Communications at California State University, Fullerton and Adjunct Professor in the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California. She has been a visiting professor at the IDC-Herzliya (Israel), Syracuse University, Tsinghua University (Beijing, China), UCLA, and Sophia University (Tokyo, Japan).

Nancy Snow received her doctorate in international relations from the School of International Service, American University in Washington, D.C. Her specializations include international/intercultural communication, U.S. foreign and cultural policy, and peace and conflict resolution studies. She worked as a cultural affairs and educational exchange specialist at the U.S. Information Agency and refugee and migration specialist at the U.S. State Department. She also studied in the Federal Republic of Germany as a Fulbright scholar and taught American Foreign Policy and American Culture as a Fulbright professor in Japan.

Snow has completed nine books, two forthcoming, including several that have been published in multiple languages. Her personal website is www.nancysnow.com.

Read and understand what Your government elected officials are doing to you and this nation. The educated will then understand the dangers of not having a federal National Information Office for oversight of our public information system. Dumped and now abused by one sided commentary radio and television programming often the fair and balanced approach to informing the American citizen of the political agendas of either far Right or Left is left unguarded. Inform yourself, knowledge is the power to rectify the government manipulations of the pubic mindset.
