5.0 out of 5 stars .
If they went back to the old recipe I would buy it! I was lucky enough to find the last 2 packs with the old recipe in a store months after the new one came out!

1.0 out of 5 stars New & Improved with HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP
Has high fructose corn syrup now.....!!!
Notice the newer bottles in the stores....in an effort to come off green they are reducing the products plastic by 33%, but I guess to save a little green they are also altering the kind of sweetener they are using...so instead of sucrose syrup they now have high fructose corn syrup..but I notice that wasn't in large print on...

1.0 out of 5 stars HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP.. WHY!?!, March 2, 2009
This review is from: Propel Fitness Water, Natural Berry Flavors , 23.7 fl oz (700 ml) (Health and Beauty)
You'll notice they now package the product in a new bottle which is said to save on plastic. Do not be fooled as the redesign also coincidentally coincides with a MAJOR alteration to their ingredients. The original Propel was made with Sucrose Syrup which kept the overall "texture" light on the tongue, easy to drink. Now, with this red herring of a re-design, the product contains HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP which makes the texture a bit thicker, not to mention the health hazards that go along with ingesting HFCS. Why a company would move towards HFCS instead of away from it, especially with all of the bad publicity HFCS has received recently is well beyond me.

I will no longer be buying this product and if you are concerned about HFCS in your diet, I suggest the same. Go back to the old recipe, Gatorade/PepsiCo. When you start wondering why your sales have plummeted, perhaps you will?

1.0 out of 5 stars Looks healthy on the outside, but the inside has High Fructose Corn Syrup, May 26, 2009

With words like, "Vitamin Enhanced", "Natural", "Water" and "Antioxidants" one would think that this would be a healthy bevearge. Not so. 2nd ingredient: HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. C'mon Gatorade! You would think with all the terrible things HFCS does to your body, the folks at Gatorade would choose a different route. I was highly disappointed and felt tricked.

5.0 out of 5 stars Missing the Old Bottle / Sweetener / Recipe, August 2, 2009
This review is from: Propel Fitness Water, Natural Berry Flavors , 23.7 fl oz (700 ml) (Health and Beauty)
These new bottles and or sweeteners that they are using are making their beverage taste AWFUL.. I used to drink at least 20 of the Large (Grape) Propel's each week.. It was my only water intake..

Since the bottle / recipe has changed, I have gained 15 pounds.. I believe it's because I'm no longer drinking Any water..
Propel's original recipe was so much better to me.. It tasted good & allowed me to enjoy drinking water..

I tried to write to them on their website.. But, unless I download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, I can't get in..

I don't think they can disappoint me any more than they already have at this point..
I'm just mad...

Kelly
