As I understand this book is widely used throughout the State of California's Jr. College and Colleges that have Real Estate Management as part of their class offering. Having utilized this book, answered and directed me to useful skills and CA Real Estate Law. It is written in an easy to read format and offers test questions at the end of each chapter. Another useful tool in this textbook is the references to websites, especially those realting to Real Estate Laws.
Highly recommend this book to anyone going into property management or wants to have a better understanding of property management.

i needed this book for a prop management class i started 2 weeks ago. the text is in great condition and cost less than going to the book store on campus. i'd definitely plan ahead and do this again.
