I am a business consultant and am very impressed by the organization, subject matter, and easy read that The Property Management Tool Kit is. I recommend this book to anyone who is even thinking about investing in rental property. As I know from numerous clients, tax and business consulting, there is much more to owning and managing rental properties than anyone ever imaginied and this book covers many subjects that are necessary in making an informed decision.
