I recommend this book to anyone who is even thinking about investing in rental property. Working in field certainly provides me with knowledge of property management systems and techniques. However, I've come to grips with the fact that there is much I could still brush up on. This manual not only provides me with new tips on tenant screening and tenant retention, but prudent property management strategies that I'm going to utilize going forward.
