The casebook is fairly good with comprehensive coverage of topics organized in a straightforward way.

But get the supplement: Glannon Guide to Property: Learning Property Through Multiple-Choice Questions and Analysis by James C. Smith.

See above - this book was overpriced for the amount of writing and highlighting in it - misleading vs. the product description.

This property casebook has a lot of material that isn't covered in most law school property courses, such as right of publicity and humans as property. The first chapters have edited cases, but the last half of the book has cases that are hardly edited. The cases cover much more than is really needed to learn the property concept at issue. This advantages careful readers and people who can distill the rule of law from a bunch of gobblegook. However, most law students will be screwed by this book.
