I love Propets and wear them primarily because I have peripheral neuropathy and have to have a well made shoe with a back in it. I thought this style looked nice and it would be great that they were adjustable.

They indeed were great looking, quality leather. But the fit was horrible! Even adjusting the straps as far I could they were way too big in the instep. The length of the sandal is too to size and so is the width, it's the height that is too darn big. BTW, I did buy another pr. of Propet sandals, different style and had the same problem. Way too much room in the instep. When you walk with these on, (not that I would feel safe doing so outside) the sandal drops about 3.5" because of the gap between the top of your foot and to where the actual sandal is and this is after adjust the Velcro straps as tight as you can get them (which then ruins the look of the shoe.

The marketplace vendor was Shoebuy and they were fantastic about the return and no shipping fee.

Propet on the other hand has not answered any of my emails. This really distrubs me. What happened to Customer Services? And I'm talking the big mfg company's, they apparently don't care and what they have is what they have and don't care if it's not right or good for the consumer. Very little in the way of quality control, or quality in sizing anymore (and that especially goes for clothing).

I think the shoe box would have fit better!!!

I've got big, wide feet and it's hard to find "non clunky" women's shoes. I bought these in pale pink to match a dress I wore to a wedding. I felt pretty and best of all, no shoe discomforts at all! I'm going to start "collecting" them in other colors!

I really like these sandals as they are extremely comfortable. I chose these because of the adjustability, price, colors available, sizes available, lightweight and good looks. Most "men's" sandals are UGLY and heavy.

I have never owned a shoe as comfortable as this one in my life. I bought them for my mother but have borrowed/stolen them from her a few times. She loves them because her feet swell and she can adjust them to fit no matter what is going on with her feet. I can adjust them to fit me also (we wear the same size). I wore them to an outdoor art festival and walked in them for a couple of hours with absolutely no problems. They are glove leather soft and the sole is perfect.
