I bought these shoes to wear at the barn because they are called wash and wear and because my foot problems won't let me wear any of the very fashionable Ariat boots. These shoes are definitely more than wash and wear! One week after I got them I bathed my horse and while the outer shoe got wet, my socks stayed dry and the collar around the shoe prevented water from entering from the top. They dried on my feet and the leather still looks great. They are comfortable, but the toe box is not as roomy or tall as the Propet Walkers that I also bought. However, with a little adjustment these shoes are comfortable, useful, economical, and allow me to be active on my feet for several hours without pain.

I've had foot surgery for plantar fasciitis! I have these shoes in almost every color! I wear them daily - the white ones to work (I'm a nurse). I am on my feet for 12 hour shifts - they are very comfortable and you don't have to worry about your shoe laces coming un-tied! They are machine washable also - not many shoes can be thrown into the washer! I have them in blue suede and in black suede to wear with jeans and other casual clothing! I hope they never stop making these shoes!

By far these are the best shoes for my arthritic knee. the pain is all but vanished when I wear these shoes. If I put on other shoes I am achy by the end of the day again.

I've been wearing these Propet slip-ons for a few years now, and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I own. I spend a lot of time on my feet most days and these feel great. They are extremely light-weight and clean up well. As someone else said, I prefer a wider width and these are a true size. Unlike other types of slip-on shoes I've tried, too, these slide on very smoothly-- your socks won't get "stuck" or bunch up around your foot. I bought a pair for my husband last year and these are also his favorite shoes.

They do wash and wear really. Ordered another pair and one in denim for camping.

I have this shoe in two other colors, and I like it a lot. It fits well, and is a great shoe for travel. It is light in weight, and easy to get on and off at airport security. I bought this pair for a trip to Baltimore.

This is my second pear of Propet walking shoes. They are extremely comfortable and fit great. The mushroom color is really very attractive. I wear a wide shoe (normally a D width) and these are absolutely true in fit (at least for me). They are comfortable and sturdy enough to wear to the gym and I keep them on all day. I have plantar fascitis and need to wear orthotics. The insole of these shoes is removable so that I can wear my orthotics comfortably.

I have not yet tried to clean these shoes yet, but it is suggested by the manufacturer that they should be cleaned with a damp cloth. I have another wash and wear pair in white that I have put in the washing machine and they look like new.

I just ordered another pair of these Propets in all white. I have been so pleased with the Propet fit and stability that I ordered this pair. Cannot go wrong with these.

Liked the looks and washability of these shoes, but they were too hard to get on especially with socks. I have these in a slide and love them, but these were not comfortable.

I didn't need to know anthing. I owned this shoes before I bought them. This is my fifth pair. I have trouble with my fingers for eight years. Don't even have to worry about fixing the heel, never bends in. So I slip on and go.

As an avid gardener and also a fan of Propet shoes which offer sizes in Wide width, I was looking forward to the wash and wear feature. However, just one look right out of the box and the constricting feel in putting them on, I immediately repacked and returned them.
