The balance between Dark and Light, Good and Evil must be maintained...always. The Larkadon (Dream Lake) Prophecy was written as a reminder to all of humanity that the time would come when the ultimate horror would be free of its prison. That time is now. After three hundred years of relative peace, the Gods send out their final call. The awakening begins; and only by joining with mortal souls, can the immortals awaken their memories and prepare for the Final Meet.
Kryla is the Gate and the last to awaken. She prepares to reincarnate into the body of her mortal host only to find she must take possession of an adult instead. Horrified, yet resigned to what she must do, Kryla journeys to the Plane of Mortals. Here she unites with the mortal known as Andrea. Together they begin the long and arduous task of seeking out the others. Andrea must learn of her own strengths and powers and in doing so, her life will be changed for all time.
