Probably the best out there,

I must confess I haven't read these two volumes entirely, but I had to write something in response to the review above. There is a Prophets class taught in my school by Professor C. Hassel Bullock and he uses these two volumes as the primary text for study in that class. After reading Dr. Bullock's Introduction to the Old Testament Prophets (which I would highly reccomend to any one who wishes to know more about ANY of the prophets) and taking into account his status as a Prophets scholar, I trust Dr. Bullock's judgement in using these that they are of the highest quality scholarship. If you want a more general reading though, get Bullock's book.
