This shirt looks great and is highly functional with all the pockets on the arms. The material on the torso is thicker than the shirts like this by Rothco sold here on Amazon. The sleeves are also thicker and more durable. Most importantly, these come in long unlike the Rothco shirts, which are too short in the arms for me (and sizing on them is inconsistent). The sizing on the Propper shirt is all around good. The bad point is mainly the way the arms are connected to the torso of the shirt. It is very tight at the junction and there is some of the ripstop material right at the armpit that can cause chafing. My arms and shoulders are normal size and not overly muscled so this shirt would probably but uncomfortably tight on someone buff. I can get around the chafing by wearing a tight T-shirt underneath but they kind of bunch up in the body part. Maybe a larger size would fit better but I followed the sizing chart. I am 6'1" and have a 44" chest so I ordered an XL Long. XXL would probably be too big in the body. I like the longer arms though so I will be keeping it. Good shirt, just weird cut around the pits...

I bought this together with a khaki tactical pants and a pair of 5.11 desert combat boots and it matches completely. Then a friend of mine commented that this combination looks like Bespin Luke Skywalker from "The Empire Strikes back".

Overall everything is great and functions well. The sleeves however are a tiny bit itchy due to the rough material but that is to be expected.

Great for outdoor use and paintball matches. Highly Recommended !!!

I own this combat shirt in ATACs FG and love it! It is a bit heavier than other combat shirts on the market, but I use it for playing airsoft in some very rough terrain. I have drug it through mud, rocks, heavy wooded areas and still no rips or tears in any of the matterial. One feature I really like about it is the elbow pockets. I bought a pair of youth knee pad inserts from a local sports store and fit these pads right into the pockets on this shirt and now I have added protection at my elbows.
Then there are all the extra zippered pockets that this shirt has that other brands just don't have. I particularly like the forearm pockets. A perfect and very easy pocket to get to for things like dead rags, maps, intellegence, speed loader, Co2 or anything else that you might have a need for quickly. The shirt also comes with the fairly standard pocket at bicept level. Also in that area is a lot of soft side velcro for adding ll the patches you'd like. And then there is the shoulder are itself. Someone here said it looked like the tunic that Luke Skywalker wore in Star Wars. Yes, it does a bit, but that one feature is kind of important. It does two things: 1st it allows for all sort of added range of motion without the shirt binding on you. Much like when you are laying prone and have your arms out infront of you gripping a rifle. Those added areas of fabric don't bind up and limit you. 2nd, with this shoulder design it also allows for more venting. And on a hot day, that's a bonus! And having a zipper in the front is an important feature as well. That allows you to open up and really vent out on hot days or close it up when its cooler out.
One feature I don't use too often is the wrist covers with thumb hole.

A good quality, functional combat shirt. It seems to be holding together well. I did have to go one size larger than normal to get the correct fit. The A-TACS AU color option is a plus. If you are thinking this is equal to a Massif or Crye, you will be disappointed. However, if you want a functional combat shirt for a fair price...buy the Propper.

So sizing on this is so confusing on the charts I have seen on the web, I have even seen conflicting charts, even a chat with the Propper people was totally worthless. So, I rolled the dice. Here is why I chose a small regular:

I am 5' 10 (70" for those that can do math) and crazy striated. I weigh 150 pounds, maybe 147.5 depending on hydration level. My sleeves are 22.5" and I haz chest 37.5" (not puffed out, just standing there). So, I am right on the cusp for small and medium and I went with small regular and it fits awesome. Perfect. The chest and back material is stretchy so you have some give - though it is not tight on me. The arms are plenty long when out in front or over my head and shirt does not rise up on me when I do burpees. And the torso length is long enough to tuck in IF I want to, but not laughably long like a thug. Small regular was the best choice as medium would have been to loose and baggy on me. Small regular will not have extra baggy material flappin in the wind, it is a svelte fit like I am, and that is how I like to wear my clothes and gear. No loose fit for me. This size is fine for me with a t-shirt, synthetic of course, under it or maybe a nice synthetic tank. Not much more than that. I look so tactical in this shirt it is scary. I showed my wife, she nearly fainted. Design is fantastic with pockets in all of the right places - I have places for knives, gels, tactical flashlights, throwing stars, a cell phone for selfies, extra magazines, chapstick, light sticks, you name it. Quality seems real high - better than expected and that is no joke - really well thought out design and I looked at all of the top tactical shirts before buying. Even velcro patches for your neat USA flag you will feel obliged to buy and stick on.
