All I can say about this book is that it is marvelously written. If you ask me what it's about I'd say: "Eels and Indian observatories!". But, although those subjects may not interest you (they certainly don't interest me much), once you start reading, you won't be able to stop. And when you finish the book, you'll just turn back to the first page, and start reading it all over again. This is a really good read. GUARANTEED.
