I've had BPH for about 12 years and have used this tea for probably half that time, and I can tell you that it really works. I've tried many of the health food store saw palmetto based formulas in capsules and also have tried a couple of the well-advertised prostate formulas, and none has worked nearly as well as this tea. I have also completely stopped taking it a few times and after a couple weeks the symptoms come back. Then I start it again and after a week or so I am OK. So I know it makes a big difference. Allows me to sleep completely through the night. Making the tea gets a little old after a while but you can make a week's worth at a time. Some advice - let it steep at least a few hours while its in a closed container that keeps the water hot like a thermos. I usually drink 1 strong cup 4 or 5 days a week and that is enough.

I am in agreement with the majority of reviews for this product, it works. It tastes great as well. I finally found a good way to strain the tea after brewing and steeping. I used a gold permanent coffee filter and it works great.

I tried it for 30 days and saw no difference. The direction said take two times a day but did not say at 1 time or morning and night. So I had to call them, morning and night was the correct way.

I'm unsure as yet to the efficacy of this tea, but it is tasty enough to merit trying for an extended period. It is excellent when iced.

Have used this product for one month. I no longer get up three times a night to use the bathroom. i am able to sleep until morning without the urge to go.

I have finished my first box. Though I never really expected any results--I am not into alternative medicine-- I have been very surprised. For years I have had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. 3 a.m. usually. Sometimes I have had to get up more than once, and only very rarely could I sleep through the night undisturbed. I started on the tea two weeks ago. In the last 14 nights, I have only had to get up once. It has to be the tea: nothing else accounts for it. Am I 25 again? Hardly. But there has certainly been a big improvement, with no noticeable side effects. I suspect that my urologist will scoff, but I am sticking with a winner.

It has helped. I hope to get stronger results soon. I have only been using for 3 weeks. Most of thesae thing take months to resolve problem, if they ever do.

The tea that I received felt like well cured straw. When you squeeze the bag it crunches. I am going back to my original supplier.
